1. Scope

This policy applies to the Nolpop website, accounts, repaint features, uploaded content, and shared links.

A painting company may add information about a property or client while using a feature. That company is responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and use it.

2. Information we handle

Account information may include an email address, name, company name, language, and account settings.

Uploaded and generated content may include site photos, notes, selected paint surfaces, protected areas, color choices, previews, and results prepared for sharing.

Service records may include plan and usage entries, payment references, device and browser information, IP address, access logs, and error records. Theme preference is stored in the browser on the device.

3. Why we use it

We use information to operate accounts and repaint features, process previews, keep selected results, and issue shared links. We also use it to record usage, prevent abuse, resolve support requests, and protect the service.

We do not use private uploaded content as a public example unless the person or organization with the right to approve it has given permission.

4. Site photos and processing

Site photos can contain faces, license plates, signs, addresses, or location metadata. Users should review a photo before sharing it and remove material that is not needed to use the feature.

Nolpop may use infrastructure, storage, payment, support, and image-processing providers to run the service. They receive only the information needed for their task and must handle it under their service terms and our instructions.

5. Review links and disclosure

A review link gives anyone with the link access to the version selected for sharing until the link expires or is revoked. Users choose what a review link contains and should send it only to the intended recipient.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a company transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information while an account is active or saved results remain and for the additional time needed to provide the service. Some records are kept longer to support billing and security, resolve disputes, or meet legal duties.

Users may delete eligible uploaded content and request account deletion. Some records may remain when law, fraud prevention, billing, or security requires it. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup cycle.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on location, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

Use the contact page to send privacy requests. If a painting company controls submitted information, we may direct the request to that company.

8. Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted service permissions, and operational monitoring appropriate to the information we handle. No online service can promise absolute security.

We will update this page when our data practices materially change and revise the effective date shown above.
