1. Agreement and accounts
By creating an account or using Nolpop, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. A person using Nolpop for an organization confirms that they are allowed to accept these terms for that organization.
Account information must be accurate. Keep login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if an account may have been compromised.
2. The service
Nolpop provides repaint features that create exterior previews from site photos and compare selected options.
Features may change as the product improves. We may add, change, limit, or remove a feature when needed for quality, security, law, or service operation.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of photos, logos, notes, and other content you provide. You give Nolpop the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to operate the service and follow your sharing choices.
You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload and use the content. Do not upload a private property photo or personal information when you are not allowed to handle it.
4. Repaint previews
A preview is a planning and communication aid. It is not a promise that construction details, surface condition, coverage, finish, or final paint color will match the screen.
Camera settings, lighting, weather, material, finish, and display settings can change how colors appear. Confirm final choices on the property with the relevant physical paint sample and professional judgment.
5. Plans, usage, and payments
The pricing page and checkout shown at purchase set the plan price, billing period, included usage, renewal terms, and any taxes or additional charges.
Paid usage may be deducted when a requested result completes. Usage returned because of a product failure is recorded separately. Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.
7. Responsible use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse the service, bypass access or usage controls, interfere with other users, or present a generated preview as a verified completed project.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to investigate misuse, protect people or systems, meet legal duties, or prevent material harm.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Nolpop useful and available, but the service may sometimes be interrupted, delayed, or incorrect. Users remain responsible for site inspection, paint selection, estimates, contracts, safety, and the work performed.
Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected. Other limits, if applicable, will be shown with the paid service terms accepted at purchase.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Nolpop and close an eligible account. We may end or restrict service for a serious or repeated breach, legal requirement, security risk, or non-payment, with notice when reasonably possible.
